  • 50 g soy milk
  • 50 g Veggò® - Aquafaba
  • q.s. salt

PREPARATION METHOD

  • Mix milk and flour in a bowl, taking care no lumps form.
  • Add the salt and leave it to rest for one hour (This step is not mandatory, but recommended).
  • Add the well-whisked Veggò® – Aquafaba , as soon as the mixture is compact pour in a sufficient amount of mixture, with the help of a mixing spoon, that covers the surface of a frying pan.
