250g Flour type 1

50 g soy milk

50 g aquafaba

 Salt to taste

METHOD

Mix milk and flour in a bowl, taking care no lumps form. Add the salt and leave it to rest for one hour (This step is not mandatory, but recommended)Add the well-whisked aquafaba, as soon as the mixture is compact pour in a sufficient amount of mixture, with the help of a mixing spoon, that covers the surface of a frying pan.
