INGREDIENTS

45ml Veggò® - Aquafaba

11 ml apple cider vinegar

2.5 ml lemon juice

4,. g granulated sugar

180 ml sunflower oil

3.5 g salt

Dijon mustard (to your preference)

METHOD

Add Veggò® – Aquafaba into a tall glass jar together with the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt.

Whisk at high speed with a hand blender for 30 seconds (or until the mixture is frothy), slowly add the oil over 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately or for an even more creamy consistency, transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge for about 3 hours.
