INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Veggò® - Aquafaba
- 11 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2.5 ml lemon juice
- 4,5 g granulated sugar
- 180 ml sunflower oil
- 3.5 g salt
- Mustard
PREPARATION METHOD
- Add Veggò® – Aquafaba into a tall glass jar together with the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Whisk at high speed with a hand blender for 30 seconds (or until the mixture is frothy), slowly add the oil over 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately or for an even more creamy consistency, transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge for about 3 hours.
