INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Veggò® - Aquafaba
  • 11 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2.5 ml lemon juice
  • 4,5 g granulated sugar
  • 180 ml sunflower oil
  • 3.5 g salt
  • Mustard

PREPARATION METHOD

  • Add Veggò® – Aquafaba into a tall glass jar together with the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • Whisk at high speed with a hand blender for 30 seconds (or until the mixture is frothy), slowly add the oil over 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately or for an even more creamy consistency, transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge for about 3 hours.
