  • 2 g cream of tartar

  • Pre-heat the oven to 90-100 ° C (80 ° C if using a fan oven) pour Veggò® – Veggò® – Aquafaba into a bowl and begin to whisk with an electric mixer on maximum speed for at least 5 minutes, if wanting a thicker consistency, add cream of tartar and carry on mixing for 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add the sugar, mix until it has all been added. Create the meringues using an icing bag on a baking tray
  • Bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
