INGREDIENTS
- 8 g of active dried yeast
- 100 g of soy, oat or rice milk
- 115 g of flour
- 115 g of wheat flour
- 180 g Veggò® - Aquafaba
- 5 g of sale
- 40 g of sugar
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION METHOD
- Place the yeast and the warm milk into the bowl and add the flour, aquafaba, sugar and salt. Mix until all the ingredient are well amalgamated. Add the wheat flour, mix for five minutes and add the olive oil. Leave the dough to rise for about one hour in a warm place. Create four balls of dough of equal size and leave to rest for 10 minutes. In the meantime, grease a tray. Place the four balls next to each on the tray so that they touch. Once the loaf has risen, place in the oven pre-heated to 175 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the tray and leave to cool on a cooling rack until they are cool enough to handle.
